Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please carefully review our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your understanding and compliance are essential.
> Full refund (excluding a 10% admin fee) for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled class.
> 50% refund (excluding another 10% admin fee) for cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the scheduled class.
> No refunds for cancellations made within 6 days or less of the scheduled class.

02 Rescheduling
Participants can request to reschedule at least 6 days before the original date, subject to availability.
> Participants who fail to attend the class without providing prior notice AND receiving acknowledgment from LaZat Cooking School are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
> Last-minute notices due to unforeseeable emergencies will be reviewed and addressed individually by LaZat Cooking School on a case-by-case basis.

04 Class Cancellation by LaZat Cooking School
In the rare event that LaZat Cooking School needs to cancel a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
LaZat Cooking School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to severe weather conditions. Participants will be notified in advance and suitable arrangements will be made.
