Daily Classes
Our cooking classes take place regularly from Monday through Saturday, offering an engaging combination of a market tour and hands-on cooking lessons.
With the exception of Mondays, classes begin with a Market Tour at 8:15AM and conclude at 1.30PM.
Monday:
• No Market Tour as the market is closed.
• Class at LaZat Cooking School: 9:45AM - 1.30PM.
Tuesday to Saturday:
• Start with a Market Tour at TTDI Wet Market at 8:30AM.
• Then, transfer to LaZat Cooking School for your cooking class, which runs from 9:45AM to 1.30PM.
If you prefer not to participate in the Market Tour, you have the option to opt out.
Each day of the week offers a unique ethnic menu, with in-depth explanations of ingredients and cooking techniques.
During the class, participants have the chance to create their own 3-course lunch, typically consisting of an appetiser, main course and dessert.

Transfer to LaZat Cooking Place
Timing may vary based on traffic conditions. Transportation is provided.
9.45AM - 1.30PM
• Arrival of Guests: Snacks and home-made herbal tea will be served.
• Class Begins: We kick off with an introduction to health and safety.
• Dive into Local Flavours: Explore the world of local herbs and spices.
• Hands-On Cooking: Create three delicious dishes.
• Savoury Reward: Enjoy lunch featuring your own culinary creations.
